Building a local Textile Hemp Pipeline
As a regional catalyst for global innovation, The NSF Textile Innovation Engine of North Carolina collaborates with supply chain, market, education, and government leaders. Together, we accelerate research, commercialization, manufacturing, and workforce readiness. Employing a consortium strategy, the Textile Innovation Engine is working to bridge gaps, derisk innovation and address industry wide challenges that no siloed effort can currently solve. Currently, the Textile Innovation Engine is bringing academia, supply chain and demand side groups together to solve gaps and challenges to enable the scaled capabilities for Circular Textiles and Textile Hemp fiber. This webinar will showcase the work the Textile Hemp Consortium is doing to bring together stakeholders across the value chain to develop a regional pipeline centered in North Carolina.
