Cancellation Policy:

  • Registrations are fully transferable within the company at no cost.
  • For cancellations made up to three weeks before the start date, a full refund will be issued, minus a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within three weeks of the start date will not qualify for a refund but will be eligible for an INDA credit, less 25% of the total fee.
